Our Commitment to Shipping


We aim to provide the best shipping options, no matter where you are. Every day, we deliver to customers worldwide, ensuring prompt and efficient service at all times.


Shipping Carriers


We primarily ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. For high-value shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery.


Processing Time


Orders for in-stock items typically take 48-72 hours to process and ship. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us directly to make arrangements.


Shipping Locations


Orders are shipped from authorized Illusive Motorsports locations. Some items ship from our main facility, while others may be drop-shipped from our authorized distributors.


International Shipping


International orders and oversized packages may require special shipping arrangements. Additional information may be requested for orders outside the U.S.


Shipping Errors


If an error occurs in the shipping rate quoted at checkout, we will notify you of any updated charges. Whenever possible, we absorb such discrepancies rather than passing them on to our customers.

 


 

Damaged Products


Reporting Damage


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Keep the product in its original packaging and provide a detailed list of the damaged items.


Damage Claim Process


Illusive Motorsports will initiate the claim process with the shipping carrier. Please do not return damaged items without our written approval.


Resolution


We typically offer a replacement or store credit for damaged items. Direct refunds are not provided.

 


 

Order Cancellations & Returns


Cancellation Policy


Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be treated as returns. Special order and custom-built items are non-returnable.


Restocking Fees


Unused items may be returned but are subject to a restocking fee of 20% to cover handling and exchange-related costs.


Return Conditions


To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition with their original packaging. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


Time Frame


Return requests must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date.

 


 

Special Order Items


Non-Refundable Deposits


Special order items often require a deposit or full payment, which becomes non-refundable once the order is confirmed.


Cancellations


Once confirmed, special order parts cannot be canceled.


Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any modifications, installations, or alterations to the item will void the return eligibility. If an error occurs on our end, we will handle the return and replacement process.

 


 

Store Credit & Refunds


Credit Memos


Store credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date.


Refund Process


Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or by check for cash payments. Refunds take 2-10 business days after the product has been received.
